Available from many nurseries and Garden Centres in UK and Europe.
Raised by Blooms of Bressingham in Diss, Norfolk. UK in 1965.
Reputed to be a cross of A.simplicifolia x A.glaberrima saxatilis.
Award of Garden Merit RHS 1993.

A very popular cultivar in UK making good clumps of dark foliage and many sprays of pinkish flowers.
Should be grown by everyone. A good front of border plant.
