Raised by Georg Arends of Ronsdorf in Germany in 1936.
Award of Merit RHS. Trial 1970.
Parent of Montgomery.

An excellent early flowering cultivar with good coloured flowers and clean foliage.
Has been used for forcing and pot plant production in Europe.
