Available from one nursery in UK and probably none in Europe.
Appeared to be lost but was found growing at Munich Botanic garden.
Raised by Nonne et Hoepker in 1937.
An arendsii hybrid.

ASSESSMENT

A very nice late flowering cultivar flowering well every year and making good clumps.
Should be grown more.
