Available from several nurseries and Garden Centres in UK and Europe. Sold as Fire in UK.
Raised by Georg Arends of Ronsdorf, Germany in 1940.
Award of Merit RHS Trail 1970.

ASSESSMENT

A popular red cultivar which flowers freely and grows well.
Often produces a sport of deeper red colour named Glut (Glow)
so both coloured forms can be on the same plant.
